I sent faulty a product back over 1 month ago, I still have not got a refund, I was told I would not get a replacement product and I was to order a new item myself which I did, then I received a dispatch note saying a product was on its way to me, when I emailed saying I had bought a replacement you said refuse delivery, I did but still have to wait for my refund till it gets back to you, I do not

We do not refund immediately for an article that is already one year old if you claim it, we check the device and repair it.
You will not receive any refund for this product because we have already sent it to you.
