Ordered a pack of 9 F20 face masks a couple of weeks ago. When they arrived, I realised I had mistakenly ordered Large size instead of Medium size.
I spoke on the phone to ResMed, and they explained carefully to me, their Return and Refund process.
It all worked perfectly and I subsequently placed a new order and received a refund for my wrong order. Thanks very much ResMed. :))
