My experience with this purchase of a number plate has been appalling.

I have sent emails to the PFC sales team that have not been answered.

Feedback, communication and resolution of delivery issues has been dreadful.

The delivery company DPD have lost my parcel, I will now await the 14 day time period and raise a dispute with my bank for goods not received.
