When I did the order, it was preliminary expected to have items by week 31, and it was reasonable to expect the delivery by the end of week 32, especially when you paid over 100 EUR for it. Now my order are ready to dispatch for over 7 days, customer service's first response is "we are busy," and no second response in over 4 days after the follow-up about when I'm going to actually get my goods.
