I’ve been ordering speaker cables, interconnects, etc from here for a few years now. I’ve always received good service.
I had a problem with a TV wall mount, I did not realise that the wrong mount had been sent until after I’d fitted it. I contacted the shop by email and received a prompt follow up call. They offered to replace the bracket with the correct one even though to old one had been used
