I've made multiple orders with Bergfreunde and am generally satisfied. However my last order was (and currently is being) a disaster.
Placed an order on the 19th of August, expected delivery time 8-10 working days.
Almost two weeks later, no status update (order still 'Received'). I contact Bergfreunde and get an auto-reply stating that delivery times could be stretched for a couple of working day
