Ordered a refurbished product but when it was received it did not work - the phone would not keep a wireless connection and kept restarting. It seems the testing process for used phones is not comprehensive.
The online process to request a return was quick, although once the item was sent back it took a few days to process the refund.
It may have been a one-off but I subsequently order a differen
