Thank you for your review, I do believe that one of the sales team had contacted you to advise that there was an unfortunate picking issue, with malfunction of the picking equipment in the manufacturers warehouse that had effected the delivery eta of your knives.
We do believe that this issue has now been corrected and that there should be no further issues going forward.
